Returns

• You may return products within 7 days of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges

• Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased on sale are non-refundable.
