Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining their quality and hygiene, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged or leaking upon delivery.

Exchange Policy

If a product is damaged or leaking, you may request an exchange for the same item at no additional cost, under the following conditions:

* Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order
* Send a clear photo of the damaged product via WhatsApp to: 00971553661149
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging

After verifying the case, a replacement will be arranged at no extra charge. Requests for return or exchange that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
