Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our offerings, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product was damaged or leaking upon delivery.


Return Policy
We understand that receiving a damaged product can be frustrating. If your product arrives in a damaged or leaking condition, we are here to help. In such cases, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product must have been delivered damaged or leaking.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product through Whatsapp to number +971 55 3661149, by ending an image of the damaged goods, and our customer service team will assess the situation. 
  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.


To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Our team will assess the situation and provide instructions for the return process. In any other situations, a return or refund is not available. We appreciate your understanding.  


Refund Policy
If your return request is approved due to product damage or leakage, we will process a refund using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase, whether it was:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Credit or debit card
  • Installment payment apps


Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
